Q - What is pain hack coaching?
A - It is a 3 month coaching package for help and support for anyone who has chronic pain.
Q - What is your interest?
A - I come at this as a therapist and a long-time patient. The nutshell is that I had an accident and needed back surgery; it failed so I had another, years passed, needed a different operation, the surgeon pushed a surgical screw into my L5 nerve root, had surgery to remove screw, and then another operation. This has left me with a damaged nerve resulting in a variety of issues and on-going pain that I manage daily.
Q - Will there be a book?
A - Yes.
Q - I have a story. Can I share?
A - Definitely.
Q - I am an expert. Can I contribute tips and ideas?
A - That would be fab.
