Reiki is the natural balancing energy belonging to everyone and works on physical, mental/emotional and energetic levels.
Reiki is holistic, noninvasive and complementary to any medical or therapeutic techniques you might be having to aid healing and recovery.
The concept of time and space is made up and you can receive the energy when it suits you. Reiki is drawn by you through through me and goes to wherever your body/mind chooses.
We are able to connect energetically from any distance and your Mind Body Soul will use Reiki energy to balance what is ready and for your highest good.

Why Reiki
I have been aware of energies from before I had the language to explain what I could see and feel. As a child I saw 'splodges' of colour around people and through the challenging years of back issues have used hypnosis and Reiki as healing balancing tools.
Reiki is for all of us and the practitioner acts as the channel for it to go where it is needed. The Reiki practitioner does not 'do' the healing but merely acts as the conduit.
When things don't feel right or you are unbalanced the gentle yet powerful healing energies can restore you.

Distance Reiki Session
I meditate and in the contemplative afterglow I send Reiki. You choose when to receive it as the healing energy is drawn via me and pulled/received by you. If you wish you can meditate during your session or you can trust that Reiki will be 'there' for you when you are ready.
