I am re-sharing this because just when we thought it was safe to go into the woods turns out it isn't.

Even though the situation can bring on or aggravate anxieties here are a few ideas that might improve things. Being homebound can bring fabulous opportunities for you to have a go at things you, “do not have time for”.

Top tip - try and be in a routine of getting up, eating, resting, doing, playing and sleeping.

I have spent the last few years mostly at home unless someone takes me out and here is a list of things to do in an attempt to save your sanity if you are not used to 'staying safe’ at home.
