I am re-sharing this because just when we thought it was safe to go into the woods turns out it isn't.
Even though the situation can bring on or aggravate anxieties here are a few ideas that might improve things. Being homebound can bring fabulous opportunities for you to have a go at things you, “do not have time for”. Top tip - try and be in a routine of getting up, eating, resting, doing, playing and sleeping.
