How does it work?
In the beginning we will have a chat to endure this is good. If we decide to go ahead, after I receive your payment, I will send you a short questionnaire and you share only what you choose to. We then begin a dialogue by email. You can send as many messages as you are inclined to and each month I will send bi-weekly replies plus in-between messages of support, tips and self-care reminders.
Each month we have a catch-up phone call of about 20 minutes.
As a hypnotherapist and coach I am able to mix and meld as we go along. We will create a bespoke lifestyle plan that works for you.
Rules of engagement:
We commit to 3 month blocks
