Ooh hello, how lovely of you to drop by. I am Clarice and I rock the chakras. In the fairy world balance matters, as without it we would fly in circles or crash land on the lily pads. For humans balance must happen or all sorts of rubbish occurs. With a little tweak of your chakras you will be able to revel in alignment and good health.

This is a gentle meditation for using the power of your mind to discover, understand and balance your chakras.

This relaxation will enable you to check the seven main chakras in your body. You can imagine chakras turning like wheels through which energies are sometimes seen, sometimes felt or sometimes sensed. They are vortexes through which our life force flows. When these are understood and interpreted they can be used as indicators of health and well-being or by showing disturbance of colour, shape or intensity might indicate something negative.

Balanced chakras show general well being of mind, body and spirit and achieving this state is the purpose of this meditation.

Identifying blockages and how they relate to symptoms is the key to making change. This audio with its accompanying text shows you the way.

The meditation has been designed to work by inducing a light trance-like state to guide you in to a calm, comfortable place for your chakra balancing experience.

Regular listening will ensure you remain balanced, healthy and strong in mind, body and spirit.
