Single session bespoke self-hypnosis meditation combo

The positive aspects and health benefits of meditation, self-hypnosis and mindfulness are frequent headlines and everyone who partakes will happily share the positives they have noticed in themselves.

However, how do you do it? Are you meant to sit cross-legged chanting? Or, maybe lie flat on your back with your hands in a certain position, toes pointing in a particular direction while trying to get an empty head? 


Clients often say to me, “I haven’t got any time. My thoughts are always too busy. My head is full of rubbish. My inner voice will not shut up. Ever.” 
If you have tried and didn’t manage or this is your first time I can help you.

Working for nearly 30 years (gasp) as a hypnotherapist I have taught many people to experience the delicious states that can be achieved with your innate abilities. 

You have already experienced trances in everyday life. Think of times you have been doing something repetitive or during a journey or even in a situation with someone who was a bit boring. You ‘zone’ out, drift off, your focus is elsewhere. It is the same when you are are absorbed in a book or film.

No-one really knows how someone else feels when they meditate or even relax. In a similar way to one person’s terror can be another’s thrill; bungee jumping, scuba diving or spider handling for example. The experience of trance or meditative state is therefore personal to you. There is no right or wrong.

When you meditate you ‘are’ and you open out.
When you are in hypnosis you ‘are’ and you focus in.
When you are in hypnotic meditation you just ‘are’.
Meditation = flowing out – in the zone
Hypnosis = flowing in – in the zone

Q. Are you going to hypnotise me?
A. I will guide you into a hypnotic meditative state that you will be able to replicate

Q. Will I be ‘out’?
A. You will experience ‘mindful presence’  

Q. I find it hard to relax will this help
A. Depth of relaxation is personal - you will relax as much/deeply as you choose

Q. I am a fidget, does that matter?
A. No, if you desire stillness you may need to practise and I can help you

Q. What kind of therapy is this?
A. It is not therapy. However, because the session is tailor-made for you, if you are having difficulties in your life I will share techniques that will help you resolve your troubles.
The, '7 Steps to Freedom' can bring to your awareness any problems in a cognitive way that can then be addressed in the hypnotic state

Q - Is hypnosis the same as meditation?
A - There are similarities hypnosis is more focussed than meditation and enables you to interact with your subconscious. The aim is to calm your central nervous system and be fully present. Using a combination covers all bases

A - The total fee is £250 and payment is due at time of booking
