Past/Future Lives

We learn things all the time and the information is stored and accessed constantly to keep us safe. This is all great until our mind kicks up a fuss that prevents us from doing things and getting on with life. This can be manifested in the form of phobias or intense dislike/fears of situations, objects or people. We operate in rhythm and cycles and are programmed to repeat the same old for that ‘just in case’ moment.

An example of this is the experience of pain – if your heart gets broken you might become wary and tread very carefully before investing yourself in another relationship. Or, because you expect to get your heart broken you seek out relationships to confirm your belief.

What though if there isn’t a reason for your difficulty and you can’t make a change or recover?

Past life regression (PLR) is recognised as a valuable technique for the resolution of a variety of ailments and conditions. Many people wish to explore their past life memories without having a specific problem, they are just seeking – often they know not what. The experience tends to give answers and sometimes questions.

Although beliefs vary as to where the information received in a regression actually comes from: collective unconscious, soul, cell or genetic memory, ancestral knowledge, metaphor... Many people believe that we can hold on to trauma and emotional debris from previous incarnations, in the same way we do in this life: fears and anxieties. And, by regressing to the memory of that (or those) lives it is possible to release the problem.

It is a bit like being frightened by something in the dark. You hear a noise and your heart begins to pound. Your brilliant imagination conjures up a variety of options to fuel your terror. You then discover the noise was caused by your cat. This makes you smile and your fear dissipates. As soon as you know you are ‘sorted’.

It is not necessary for PLR to be about 'therapy' - if you have a desire or are curious that is just fine and the experience usually ends with those ahha moments. You only know you have a question when you receive the answer.

Here are a few examples of problems resolved by past life regression: re-occurring nightmares about water, fear of being without, i.e. food, causing yo-yo dieting and constant weight battles, fear of death and losing people. Unexplained or re-occurring pain and discomfort, attraction to the ‘wrong’ types of people who cause more harm than good and many other issues.

Some people are attracted to PLR because they are aware of a familiarity about places or particular people. Or they have experienced a severe reaction people, places or things. Others just ‘know’ and want a journey or discovery.

Cases: (names changed)

Mary always chose to have relationships with abusive men. Her regression revealed that she had accidentally killed her husband when he tried to save her from a fall. Was she punishing herself in this life, was she not worthy of a happy life? Whatever the answer she is now happily married to a lovely kind man.

Jim was fed up with neck pain and insomnia that was put down to stress. In his regression he was hanged and although cut down he wasn’t quite dead. He hung on for a long time believing that if he fell asleep he would die. Immediately following his session his pain began to subside and he was able to sleep.

Elise wanted a have a baby very much but was terrified to even try to get pregnant. She recalled having a forced abortion in a past life. As the trauma was released so were her fears.

Peter was terrified of water but his wife wanted them to go sailing together. His previous self remembered being sent to Australia as a prisoner for a crime he didn’t commit. He was distraught at leaving his family and spent the whole journey sick. He is now a happy sailor and his wife is thrilled.

Your Future
In 1995 a client asked me to take her forwards in time with the view that if we can explore the past why not the future? Since that time more and more people are interested in exploring their future lives. Given the information that we have in our lives in the now we can see into our future in our present life and if we desire also into future incarnations. I have developed easy methods for you to look into your future that I share in my book and Practice.

Many moons ago I was involved with Discovery Science on filming a few progressions. The similarities that the progressees shared were astounding.

Because of free will, if you aren’t happy with what you see, and as you can decide for yourself whether going forwards in time is a possibility, probability or an inevitability - you have the choice to make changes in the now. The forward for many clients is in this life to check out the path they are or might move onto. Dependent on your belief you might like to explore future incarnations to discover the development and evolution of your soul.

For businesses, having a look at future trending and outcome resolution is a valuable tool that can really give you and your company the edge.

A full-day workshop is available as a fun-day for you and your group of friends or the corporate world. Many businesses use future progression to check out how their ideas pan out or to see forward trends.
I host retreats/workshops by invitation and am happy to work on a profit share basis it that suits.  If you fancy getting a few friends together you might like to host a past and future life party.
