What’s that you say – where will I be from the 22nd to the 29th September?
Well, thank you for asking.
As it happens, it is all very exciting and I'm delighted to share that I will be on the Greek Island of Lesvos.
If you have…
- dreamed about being a published author
- a book forming in your mind
- one scribbled in notes
- thought about it and dismissed the idea as whimsy
… this is your chance to create your bestseller.
Why Lesvos? Well, anyone who knows me or reads my blogs is already aware of my love for Greece.
Lesvos; apart from being jaw-droppingly beautiful is the land where Sappho lived and created her words that are still be enjoyed today. Could there be a better place to visit for writers and would-be published authors?
Writing can set off an emotional roller coaster but when you get in the creative flow the words tumble unencumbered. Taking time-out to relax into the environment with a group of like-minded souls will free and awaken your talents.
The cunning plan involves: inspiration, fun, word creation, sharing of knowledge, cocktails and lots of laughter.
Come along and write your book with guidance and love.
In one week you can have a fabulous holiday where your time belongs to you and the demands of everyday life will be far far away. Your muse is ready to join you; to arouse your skill, while you relax with a sun-downer, gazing across the Aegean.
Join our group of gorgeous goddesses in the land where the energy of Sappho is palpable.
Post retreat note - The retreat was amazing. Hope to see you next year x

These posts are a mixture of information, interviews and tips for writers and those who are interested in getting published.
I also write about my back and the road to recovery and something might resonate with others in pain and maybe my discoveries will help.
Overall it seems that I prattle.
